$10 DELIVERY: West 42nd - 96th St.; 1-2 days.

UPS (around $10): Non doorman buildings. Must have Apt. #. Below 54th, or from 96th - 120th St.

$15 MESSENGER: Must have doorman. Same day delivery in Manhattan. Below 54th, or from 96th - 110th St.

$30 MESSENGER: Must have doorman. 2 or more bags. Timed delivery or Rush orders. Below 54th, or from 96th - 120th St.
